Ooooh! Now this is something you don't see everyday! Who would win? Idk. If the Megalania gets to bite the Utahraptor, then the raptor would die of blood poisoning. But if the Raptor gets on top of the lizard and then slices open his neck, then he looses.
I'll have to say 50/50

The largest Megalania specimen is probably about one ton or more, that's a rough estimate. Utahraptor is 700kg, if you use the largest Megalania specimen then Megalania wins.

Also I just calculated Megalania's length based on a ~740mm skull and got it to be around ~7.47 metres long. I also calculated its weight based on the Komodo Dragon (which is very similar) and got ~1176kg. So Megalania is 1.1 ton, while Utahraptor has already been stated to be ~700kg. 1176/700=1.68. Megalania is ~1.68 times bigger than Utahraptor. 100/1.68=59,5238. So the size difference is the same between a 100kg animal and a 59kg animal. Megalania wins.

I haven't seen many accurate sizes on megalania, I have to dig some of them up.

I haven't seen many accurate sizes on megalania, I have to dig some of them up. I am not very sure of my estimates, I am starting to think they are not very accurate but still quite possible. Megalania is pretty much a 7 metre Komodo Dragon. But I still can't see how it would "not stand a chance" here.

Utahraptor would butcher the average Megalania as it wasn't that much larger than a Komodo dragon. Though the very largest Megalania's would beat the Utahraptor.

It is close. It is like pairing an Albertosaurus with a Deinosuchus (I know neither of those animals are that closely related to either of the animals here), probably even more close than that.
I would go with Utahraptor. As close as this fight is, I would say it might actually end quite quick.

It could also depend whether Megalania has the venom which Komodo Dragon's posses

Megalania has got this. As Theropod worked out, the size difference between the biggest estimates is huge, and also Megalanias toxic bite would come into play.
