Irritator would destroy Eocarcharia, let's look at the stats: Irritator: 8-9 metres in length, weighing around 2-3 tons Advantages- bulkier build, more powerful, larger, had a stronger bite force (its thick, conical teeth were used for gripping and impaling prey, whereas Eocarcharia's thin serrated teeth were used for slicing through flesh) Disadvantages- less agile, not as fast
Eocarcharia: 6-7 metres in length, weighing around 1-2 tons Advantages- its teeth were more suited for slashing through flesh and causing severe blood loss, more agile and faster (this is not a race, so speed isn't really necessary) Disadvantages- less bulky and less powerful, smaller
Irriatator wins this 70% of the time.

Why do you usually back carnosaurs over similar sized spinosaurs? Spinosaurs were generally bulkier, had stronger bite forces, and they were probably far more territorial. 50/50 for me. (Considering they were the same size)

Both Irritator and Eocarcharia had a chance of weighing the same thing (2 tonnes), Eocarcharia takes this. If both weighed 2 tonnes, Eocarcharia wins 60/40-70/30. If you use an Irritator that is 2 tons/1.5 times bigger, Irritator wins. Irritator is about 1 ton bigger but since both could weigh 2 tons in some cases I would say this is nearly a close fight.

However, if they were both at their max sizes, Irritator would win 60/40 of the time.

Carcharodontosaurus and Spinosaurus had a similar biteforce, however Carcharodontosaurus is 1.8 times smaller because 13/7=1.8. At parity with Spinosaurus, Carcharodontosaurus would have a biteforce of ~5.5 tonnes. Spinosaurus' biteforce is ~3 tonnes, so 5.5/3=1.8. Carcharodontosaurus' biteforce is 1.8 times stronger than Spinosaurus' at parity. Eocarcharia and Irritator are not simply smaller Carcharodontosaurus and Spinosaurus, but we can get a similar calculation; Eocarcharia, at parity with Irritator, had a stronger bite.

Carcharodontosaurids had shark-like teeth, so presumably they wouldn't need a strong bite forces. I have never heard of Carcharodontosaurus and Spinosaurus having similar bite forces.

A wild guess on Carcharodontosaurus' biteforce would be ~3 tonnes, while I am sure that Spinosaurus would have a biteforce of about as much. Irritator was "only" 1.9 tonnes actually, so its biteforce is about ~400kg. You can even calculate that yourself, if you do the right calculations you get ~460kg, but Spinosaurus had a bulkier skull which makes Irritator's bite weaker than that. 400kg sounds right. I am gonna calculate Eocarcharia's biteforce and get it to you as soon as possible.

My guess on Carcharodontosaurus' bite force is around 2.5 tons, while my guess on Spinosaurus' bite force is around 3.7 tons. This means that at parity (considering that Spinosaurus at its real length is 1.8 times larger) Spinosaurus' bite force would be around 2 tons, while Carcharodontosaurus' bite force would stay at 2.5 tons. Judging by my estimates, Irritator's bite force would be around a 4/5 of Eocarcharia's bite force.
