It's still well-armed, and weaponry is not used for intimidating purposes.

I find it questionable if that beak really could be used to penetrate deeply into the body of another large animal. Especially the body of an elephant-sized theropod.
With that in mind, this is a nightmarish mismatch. No explanation needed.

Azdarchid flies away, rendering the battle null
In all seriousness, if the Pterosaur was stupid enough to try and fight the Rex, it would probably die thanks to the possibility of T. rex simply biting the neck as the first attack. Vote goes to Tyrannosaurus here, though the beak would make a powerful weapon as said before.

But forget about dragons for a moment. Here's an analogy: long spear vs axe. For those of you that have played Stick War 2, you think spear wins. No. Well, actually, there are some pretty vulnerable points. If the pterosaur dove full speed at the T. Rex eyes, it could possibly ruin every chance it has. Then again, the T. Rex is going to bite wildly everywhere so that could be a problem too. T. Rex wins! Completely irrelevant

Azhdarchids cannot dive, they're too lightly built for their dimensions, which would put their skeletal system at risk.

I highly doubt that. how light you are doesn't limit your capabilities in flight performance. no matter how light, a structure that's is aerodynamically built for flight would be capable of all the means of flight direction as long as the build is strong enough to withstand it. although being the most highly pneumatic animal that have ever lived, they retained advance honeycomb structures that keep it rigid and strong, just like birds. of course, it lacks the proper aerodynamic shape for high speed flight and definitely weren't for raptorial pursuit and where better at soaring and climbing. a controlled decent is a plausible ability and might even be necessary when trying to gain speed to achieve a higher elevation to catch thermals. it's a transaction as simple as elevating down. though, I doubt it's going a common practice for such pterosaurs.

I meant lightly built as in not strongly built, not being able to resist strong impact, and I believe that in order to cause any significant damage to its avdersary, the azhdarchid would have to commit suicide if it were to dive.

spinosaurus1Yes, smaller pterosaurs are certainly able to dive, but I fail to see a larger pterosaur doing it, or even having to do it.

Tyrannosaurus would probably be intimidated by the size of Quetzalcoatlus (is that the Azhdarchid we are using?)
