Killed it lol, basically the intelligence argument is fallacious.
Premise A: Intelligence is an important factor in a fight.
Premise B: Orcas are more intelligent than sharks.
Conclusion: Therefore, an orca would defeat a shark.
It's not necessarily false, but it's fallacious, poor and perhaps even lazy reasoning.
