Utahraptor ostrommaysorum should win; its weaponry is pretty much the same, and it's larger, so I see no reason why Achillobator giganticus should pull this most of the time.

the achillobators holotype is estimated at only 5 meters long. it is way to undersized to actually fight a utahraptor that is bigger at literally every dimension.

Yes, if we assumed both to have the same proportions at different lengths, Utahraptor ostrommaysorum would be ~1.7-2.7 times larger, and even if Achillobator giganticus was ~6m that would still be ~1.5 times larger, mismatch.

What Theropod says is true, Utahraptor is larger. But Achillobator is more advanced.
Its probably smarter than Utahraptor and also probably faster. I could be wrong.
Utahraptor still wins IMO, but I just wanted to say that its not neccesarily a mismatch.

achillobator is not more advance. in evolution, theres no such thing as more advanced. evolution is not a latter, but a series of occurrences in the environment that an organism must adapt to in order to survive. and in many ways, achillobator does have primitive dromaeosaur attributes, such as the enlarged boot at the end of the pubis, whereas in other dromes, its much smaller by proportion. intelligence is not a major contender in a fight. fighting often relies more on instinct. in all seriousness, only humans, cetaceans, or corvids are capable of using intelligence to a beneficial degree in fighting and large droms are not particularly adapted for extreme speed. their legs are actually more adapted to maneuverability and killing. huge muscles in the legs actually interconnect with the muscles that articulate the highly flexible tail vertebrae at the base. and in achillobators case, it also have an enlarged ilium. and dromaeosaurs feet are adapted to providing excruciating force with their feet. deinonychus, a drom of much smaller size, has proven to be able to pierce through bone with its sickle claw. just imagine what achillobator would of done, and I don't think you or anyone is able to imagine what utahraptor was capable of performing. this is actually pretty close to a mismatch, being that their physiology is very much similar but one is over twice as powerful

Achillobator is more advanced. Define "advanced" for this particular topic. I assume you are referring to evolution, but evolution isn't a way of becoming more adapted to fighting. "More evolved" means that a certain taxon is more adapted to a given environment than another. If we were to scale a chicken and a theropod to the same size, I don't think the chicken being more adapted to an environment would be any relevant. Its probably smarter than Utahraptor What do we have to suggest this? Even though brain volume is not necessarily related to intelligence, I must note that, if anything, both have equally volumous brains proportionately, and even this doesn't necessarily mean they were equally intelligent. Nothing backs this claim. And even if we had anything to support that statement, what effect would its intelligence have in the fight? It depends also on what its intelligence is used for. This isn't proving anything. Being faster is not necessarily an advantage in a fight. Humans, for example, are slower than many animals they could effortlessly and bare-handedly kill. There are also many animals that could easily kill a human even though they're slower than your average Homo sapiens. This is because speed isn't lethal to an adversary, but it may be relevant in a race. its not neccesarily a mismatch. It isn't? Let's assume the same proportions for both animals. With the Achillobator giganticus holotype being ~5m, and assuming a ~6m adversary for it, we'd have this: 1*(6/5)³ = 1.7 So even a ~6m Utahraptor ostrommaysorum would already be close to twice the size of its adversary, which would make it a quite big mismatch, as Utahraptor ostrommaysorum would be nearly 1.5 times stronger: 1*(6/5)² = 1.44 I'm not even going to mention 7 metres here, but a 7 metre Utahraptor ostrommaysorum would easily be about twice as strong.
