I dont see why not? Theres only a 5 ft length difference and dakosaurus jaws are extreamly robustly built. Its large head and powerful biteforce can indeed allow it to predate on a ichthyosaur, esspecially one as specialized as eurhinosaurus. But of course, as with the absence of fossilized proof, this hypothetical predation scenario should be concluded as a plausability. Carnivorous predators killing prey items larger then themselves is actually a common occurrence as long as it suit their adaptations.
