Pliosaurus funkei wins in my opinion, its jaws are evidently more well-built for dealing more damage, even if the same bite force is applied.

the hell did you get 3 from? theres only one orca. and pliosaurs just completely outmatch cetaceans by bite force and maneuverability.

Yes, I did say so, and unless the OP disagrees with it, I think a parity match-up is more fair than anything else.
And having a powerful bite isn't incredibly relevant as an argument when the other animal's bite is even more effective.

you can't just infer that. if course, bite force alone isn't a deciding factor, but it does retain to some importance in large predatory animals who evolved in killing with powerful bites. especially forces that can be emitted with tremendous power seen in large pliosaurs such as pliosaur funkei. and if the heck of it, its nearly quite obvious that the pliosaur has the uppermost better bite effectiveness. its larger skull, gape, and teeth along with an extremely strong bite force should suffice in delivering deadly damage
