you can't just infer that. if course, bite force alone isn't a deciding factor, but it does retain to some importance in large predatory animals who evolved in killing with powerful bites. especially forces that can be emitted with tremendous power seen in large pliosaurs such as pliosaur funkei. and if the heck of it, its nearly quite obvious that the pliosaur has the uppermost better bite effectiveness. its larger skull, gape, and teeth along with an extremely strong bite force should suffice in delivering deadly damage
