I think Spino would have NO trouble at all going through all of them. Spinosaurus is way bigger then the rest, especially for the first 3 contendents.
He MIGHT have some trouble with Torvosaurus, but, unless I am missing something, Spino wins all the way.

Round 2: Spinosaurus wins, although this is quite close.
Round 3: Spinosaurus still wins, many people won't believe it but it actually had a more combat-effective bite.
Round 4: Bistahieversor dominates with its much more powerful biteforce, stops it.
Round 5: Torvosaurus wins without much trouble.
