Well This crocodile is going to be much slower than modern crocodiles, so I doubt its going to be very fast but thats generally the rule for massive animals. Not really much slower. The crocodile would probably keep its jaws open wide, and if Spinosaurus gets near the chances are really high that Sarco would bite him sucessfully. alot slower, its more than 10 times heavier than the average saltwater crocodile, Also if he bites spinosaurus's foot he can just crush his jaws with his foot. One stomp to the skull would crush it like a water melon.

It's honestly 50/50 on land spino dominates...water though is a different story...
