Spinosaurus wins without a doubt, a 40 foot crocodile vs a 50-55 foot theropod. Spinosaurus can just step on it. Also at given weights its 7 tons vs 13 tons.

I'll have you know stepping on a crocodilian is not easy at all as they have some of the quickest reflexes on Earth. But I suppose this is a mismatch in favour of Spinosaurus.

This is not a mismatch but Spinosaurus does take this 80-75% of the time. Just look at this scale:

spinosaurus should win on land, it would wear down sarcosuchus easily and hit it multiple times in the face with its claws.

Yeah, but if it was a water fight Sarcosuchus would probably be a hard opponent.

I do agree that spinosaurus would win fairly easily on land, but the armour of deinosuchus would be very hard to penetrate through, so spinosaurus would of had to knock the croc over on to its side, revealing its underbelly. From there, spinosaurus could rip and tear with its claws and teeth until the croc dies of the severe blood loss.

Maybe the jaws and claws of Spinosaurus could not tear the leather hard a Sarcosuchus, the only weak point was belly, but how to attack an opponent who struggle with the belly facing the ground? Even victorious Spinosaurus not win easy

You know it can just step on the crocodile, its almost twice as big as the crocodile. I am gonna have to tell you again crocodilians have some quick reflexes. Sarco wouldn't just stay there waiting for Spino to stomp him, instead he would bite Spino's leg if he ever tried stomping Sarco.

Well This crocodile is going to be much slower than modern crocodiles, so I doubt its going to be very fast but thats generally the rule for massive animals.

The crocodile would probably keep its jaws open wide, and if Spinosaurus gets near the chances are really high that Sarco would bite him sucessfully.
