The Polar Bear at max sizes weighs like 600kg while the Northern Elephant Seal weighs around 2.3 tonnes if I am not mistaken, so those are their maximum sizes. With the seal being much bigger but the bear being more agile. Anyway the Seal will probably win more often than not.
