At max sizes the crocodile is like 550kg while the bear is like 540kg (Alaska population). If this is a land fight the Bear dominates if they are both max sizes. But in a water fight the crocodile wins.

Also I can't see the crocodile biting a similarly-sized animal effectively. It also would not get to bite it in effective areas but it can deathroll in water and probably break bones. In water it might be 50/50 but the bear dominates in land. If it's 50/50 in water but th bear wins in land I am safe to vot for the bear on the poll.
