Let's focus on the question at hand...?
I fail to see daeodon dealing fatal damage. It's a giant hog/elephant.
Ceratosaurus wins.

Actually i can sort of see Daeodon having an advantage let me explain.Ceratosaurus has a bulky build and is also 2-3 tons I believe(don't quote me on it). This would be a disadvantage for the ceratosaurus because it as not as agile as the Daedon.Another thing to take into consideration is the bite force of a Daedon. We know that hogs have an incredibly bite force capable of breaking bone easily.Daedon is much bigger and possibly more powerful(strength)than the ceratosaurus.Though the ceratosaur's rotational inertia could give it a slight advantage I think the Daedon may have a chance based on this possible scenario. Say we have ceratosaurus and Daedon in a one on one confrontation.Of course the ceratosaur is watching the Daedon as closely as possible but when the Daedon charges(much like a hog does to defend itself)it could go for a bite on the leg which may or may not cripple the ceratosaur. If it does happen to snap through the leg well then the Daedon could go in for the kill.Otherwise the ceratosaur would kick its ass.Im 55/50 on this.In favor of the Daedon for now.

daeodon doesn't have the build of credible agility either. I actually think these little difference in how fast either can turn. and both bite forces are credible to both oponents. ceratosaurus head was similar in size, but it attained a wider gape and larger, serrated dentition. that along with its bipedal stance would allow it to have superior versatility with its jaws then the latter. and daeodon is not larger then ceratosaurus. its actually considerably smaller then an adult ceratosaurus. and I would like to se reasons why daeodon is likely stronger then a similar sized to larger theropod.
and by your scenario, if daeodon would charge, wouldn't a likely outcome would be ceratosaurus biting the head or neck? it certainly had the jaws and bite force, along with the sufficient dentition to cause life threatening lacerations. and might I add that daeodon has to get pass the head and body in order to get to the legs.

True true. Also realized I'm using outdated facts on ceratosaurus and Daedon...

I gotta note however that this is Ceratosaurus nasicornis, which is a younger synonym of Ceratosaurus dentisulcatus, but I made this back then when I didn't know they were the same species.

Frankly, I think this fight can go either way at similar sizes. And btw, both animals are badass apex predators.

It's close at parity, but I'd give the theropod an edge.
