Round 1: Giganotosaurus does this easily.
Round 2: Giganotosaurus would tear its throat out.
Round 3: Total mismatch in favour of Giganotosaurus.
Round 4: Both are similar in size and physiology, however I am leaning towards Giganotosaurus in this one.
Round 5: They are also similar, I am leaning towards Giganotosaurus though.
Round 6: Giganotosaurus wins this without much trouble.
It basically clears it with some difficult at 4 and 5

round 5 is a 50/50. it would depend if giganotosaurus can beat mapusaurus, if it can then it clears this.

Remember guys, this is my first Gauntlet, so don't go to hard on me. The three first ones were supposed to be easy, the two are harder. I might redo this one day, but for now I may make another one,

It will probably beat Mapusaurus How? They are almost the same fucking animal and if anything we have more evidence for mapusaurus being bigger at max size.

If they are almost the same animal, I don't see why they would not have a similar, if not identical growth rate. Thus, both at maximum sizes should be very similar in mass. Moreover, I have not seen any claims of either of them being in immature ontogenetic states.

Basically that if the specimens are of very related species and have a similar growth rate, as well as being in the same ontogenetic state, would have similar maximum sizes. We are not talking about possible freak specimens, but common maximum sizes, such as ~45kg for a large male Grey Wolf. Since both type specimens are probabably in similar/identical ontogenetic states, as well as being similar, they could as well have freak specimens of similar sizes. It does make it closer to 50/50.

Another completely baseless assumption, well done.

Another completely baseless assumption, well done. How is it baseless? I would expect a "you don't say" meme after that. It is pretty obvious that two dinosaurs of similar sizes that are very related and are basically the same, as well as having no evidence of being in different ontogenetic states are going to be very similar in maximum sizes.

That is still baseless, we have no idea how old either of them are or their growth rates(As far as I am aware)
