Tarbosaurus was probably more gracile than that picture you have shown, since that's FMNH PR2081 ("Sue") which is actually even bulkier than some other T. rex specimens that, by themselves, are already bulkier than Tarbosaurus. Still, here's FMNH PR2081 compared to MUCPv-Ch1 including a view from to the top which compares bulk: Tarbosaurus is probably around as bulky as Suchomimus but if anything it is actually bulkier. Scaling Suchomimus down to 100kg and Tarbosaurus down to a mass compatible to the size difference of ~1.21 then Tarbosaurus would be ~81kg which is already enough to represent some treat against Suchomimus. In this case I would say it's 50/50, Suchomimus has a mass advantage but Tarbosaurus has better weaponry. Tarbosaurus probably has an edge though.

At fullsize Tarbosaurus wins but at normals sizes Suchomimus would win

Yea I know I couldn't find a skeletal of Tarbosaurus so I used that. Also I would give Suchomimus an advantage at average sizes, but if we are using max sizes then Tarbosaurus wins.

How about just using a picture -_-

It is pretty good though, Tarbosaurus is basically just more gracile than that. I would also go with max sizes for both as I usually do on Carnivora
