Tiger shark wins, its much more manoeuvrable and one bite to the underside of the crocodile would seriously maybe even fatally injure the crocodile. 59/41 to the shark at regular sizes but at parity its 69/31 in favour of the shark.

The shark is more well-adapted to fighting in water, in fact it is purely a water creature which means it has its adaptations. The crocodile can pretty much tear the shark apart with some luck, but the shark wins most of the time due to being able of using its weaponry more properly in the environment.

shark. more designed for underwater fights, croc probably cant catch up with the shark's swimming moves.

Actually the croc would be better at maneuvering because it's undulating movement means it can turn much better
