How big is Fasolasuchus again? Fasolasuchus is roughly Allosaurus-sized: about 8-10 meters and 1-2 tons.
As for who would win, I don't have a clue...

I am very sure that both at maximum sizes, Pachyrhinosaurus canadensis wins. But I would have to do further research on Pachyrhinosaurus.

2 tons actually sounds too low for a 10 m rauisuchian.

2 tons actually sounds too low for a 10 m rauisuchian. But it sounds better for 8 or 9 metres. 10 metres would probably be like 3 tons but that's just a guess. But 2 tons didn't sound that low for me, it just sounds a little undersized.

I know a lot about fasolasuchus as I kind of introduced him to the forum to some people in a fight where it was him versus sarchosuchus. It weighs around 2.3 metric tons and can grow to 9-10 meters though some speculate it may have been bigger due to new specimens I'll give you a paper tomorrow I'm on phone right now so I can't copy the fucking link lol
