Neovenator isn't 10 metres in length that is an extremely fragmentary specimen that is probably now debunked. Neovenator was 7.5 metres in length and around 1.5 tons max. Rajasaurus is also not 3 tons in weight, 10 metre long animals weighed around 3 tons. Rajasaurus was around 8 metres in length and around 2 tons max.

Rajasaurus would put up a insanelly difficult fight with Allosaurus or Albertosaurus. Rajasaurus would win.
