They are pretty similar so I believe it would be safe to make the assumption that Epanterias at least evolved from the same genus.

AMNH 5767 is only known only from three vertebrae, a metatarsal and a coracoid. I think that is a bit too fragmentary to just assume it's analogous with the whole Allosaurus genus.

Yea but we can get a vague idea of how closely related it is to a certain genus or species by analysing the bone anatomy.

That actually doesn't tell us that much. Based on bone anatomy, does the dentary for the two species below indicate they're different genera? They share their differences, but then again, so do the dentaries of species from a single genus, such as lions and tigers. Not enough evidence to claim it as analogous. MatromX, their speed actually probably doesn't vary that much. Extant animals with more or less the same body plan and mass do not show significant speed differences, and even then, speed doesn't play that much of a large role, considering faster animals do not necessarily stand a chance against slower ones.
