Daspletosaurus - 9 meters long, 2 tonnes and the height is at 2.5 meters tall. Allosaurus - at 9 meters long, only at 2 tonnes and the height is the same as Daspletosaurus 2.4 - 2.7 meters tall.

daspletosaurus would win imo. it is more robust in build and has a stronger bite. allosaurus would be a dangerous opponent though, but i give the fight to daspletosaurus 60/40.

Daspletosaurus wins the majority of the time due to its bulk, strength and bite force advantage, but it would be a very close fight.

50/50, tiny lean towards Daspletosaurus due to being more robust.

Not a close fight. Daspletosaurus torosus should be ~3,000kg, ~33.3% larger, and being more robustly built. The tyrannosaurid takes this, but size is not everything.

are we taking AMNH 5767 into consideration? i must bring up that if allosaurus fragilis is synomynous with epanterias, a weight parity fight is possible.

At weight parity it would definitely be a quite close fight, although I'd still back the tyrannosaurid due to its robustness.

At weight parity, slight edge to the allosaurid because of its greater reach, quicker bite and powerful forelimbs. I’m not sure whether they are actually the same weight tough–for what its worth CMN 8506 is certainly a more massive animal than DINO 2560. But I don’t really think its average, there is a number of specimens and this one is the biggest except Pete III (whose remains seem slightly bigger), at 8.8m in lenght based on Paul’s skeletal. I think it’s weight (~2.7t) was comparable to large Allosaurus specimens, like AMNH 5727.

Yes, at length parity it's quite one-sided, it would be much more fair if we took AMNH 5767 into consideration.
