I'm imagining a rather awkward fight honestly...neither really seem to be particularly optimized for similar-sized opponents. Spinosaurus would probably have been out of its element on land and then there's its weapons. Then again, Deinocheirus' weapons weren't the most efficient for similar-sized foes either.
