Also I would probably support Majungasaurus due to its size advantage but the weaponry of the Utahraptor is considerably more lethal relative to its size.

Although, not sure if Majungasaurus would really be much bigger? I mean, it's probably about a meter longer or so, but then again it's quite short-legged and it was pretty elongated for its length. Whereas Utahraptor was not nearly as elongate.
I think they'll be similar in dimensional size, at least.

i just compared skeletons. its actually a lot more closer then i thought. majungasaurus is longer, but mot much more robust, at least from the side view. utahraptors skull is longer, but majungasaurus torso is larger in every dimension, so its likely wider bodied then utahraptor and weighed more.
its a close match, although i must state that fragmentary remains of majungasaurus do suggest that individuals could grow up to 8 meters in length. at such size, majangasaurus should be favored.
