Acrocanthosaurus atokensis wins, its weaponry is more kill-oriented than its opponent. How exactly is Deinocheirus mirificus going to kill its foe? The claws aren't the deadliest and definitely not gonna kill it most of the time, while Acrocanthosaurus actually had weapons it could use to kill.
As I have already said a few times before, jaws above claws. Otherwise, we would see predators relying more on claws than jaws.

Acrocanthosaurus easily. The chances of the Deinocheirus landing a killing blow with those claws is far easily than the chances of Acrocanthosaurus delivering a killing bite to the neck.

Deinocheirus did not have teeth, even though it may have been an omnivore (it most likely ate small dinosaurs and fish)
