T-rex -strongest bite force of any land animal -jaw made to break bones -made to hunt Torosaurus, Ankilosaurus and Edmontosaurus -when he didn't felt like hunting stealed food from smaller carnivores(raptors) -very smart -binocular vision -strong legs -highly sensitive nose
Spino -jaw made for gripping slippery fish not for tearing flesh -made to eat fishes, small lizards and sometimes Ouranosaurus -biggest carnivore -very strong claws, but htey were made to grab fish, not to slash the opponent -his sail is a weak point -strong legs

'very smart'- there is no evidence of Tyrannosaurus' intelligence capacity. Also this wouldn't be an advantage by any means. 'binocular vision'- most theropods likely had this adaptation, it is a trait seen in many carnivorous dinosaurs, probably including Spinosaurus. 'strong legs'- not really an advantage here because both predators had very strong legs individually. 'highly sensitive nose'- how is this an advantage, is Tyrannosaurus going to sniff Spinosaurus to death. 'jaw made for gripping slippery fish not for tearing flesh'- Spinosaurus had fairly conical teeth which were efficient at hunting its certain type of prey, but they were still serrated and could of easily slashed through flesh. 'mades to eat fishes, small lizards and sometimes Ouranosaurus'- there is no reason why a predator as large as Spinosaurus couldn't hunt larger prey like young Parralititan, it wasn't that specialised for hunting marine animals. Also I'm pretty sure that Ouranosaurus and Spinosaurus lived in different time periods. 'very stronf claws, but they were made to grab fish, not to slash opponent'- why would a predator like Spinosaurus evolve in an environment with competition (such as Carcharodontosaurus) and develop arms/claws which were useless in combat? The class would of been devastating used as a weapon, as well as all the driving force behind them from the arm. 'his sail is a weak point'- it really isn't, the spine isn't directly connected to the spinal chord/major organs so if severe damage comes to it Spinosaurus should be left relatively unscathed as a whole.
