Monolophosaurus was much bigger, I would favour it in this fight. About 70/30 in favour of Monolophosaurus, it was about twice Kentro's size.

mono wasn't a coelophysid, it was a basal megalosaur.

but anyways i would go for monolophosaurus, since it could kill kentrosaurus by biting its head before it gets thagomized by those spikes.
