If anything, the truth is the exact opposite of your statement. Ceratopsians and the like have reduced rotational inertia - along with wide-gauge forelimbs, so they're far from slow turners. And there isn't a real reason why an animal of those proportions would be slow. he literally just looks at what everyone else has said and then rewords it and finally posts it...

Deinonychus was at least ~46% heavier, but I recall another person from another forum saying the supposed 73kg Deinonychus could have actually been ~97kg, which would make it ~94% heavier (I might post what he said later), but the winner's rather clear either way. At parity, I still give it to the dromaeosaurid for reasons already stated, but it would be disturbingly close.
