I will start from the Carnotaurus, as it is the first half of the animation.
Firstly, let me give you praise for the flow showcased in the beginning of that tail movement. It's seriously such a finely polished flow. I love how the end of the tail perfectly matches the torque given at the base! The thinner half of the tail would naturally be less muscle-controlled and actually wave more with the force given by the base of the tail, and you managed to capture that essence in such a catchy, brilliant way. However, the very end of the tail is still where your flow slips. While it isn't the wrong motion, the flow just isn't there as it is on the rest of the tail movement scene. I would suggest that you practice that a little by analyzing your good flows and interpreting them, frame by frame, and incorporating that flow into the very end of the tail so to avoid your flow slips. You give a paper-weight type of flow to the tail tip after a few waves and I see this in every animation of yours, however this effect is being visible in gradually less joints with each animation you make, which is great. Let's move on to the rest of this part of your animation.
The roar has your style, but it looks like a less developed Drakus flow. It looks more forced in comparison to the sophisticated flow that can be observed on the tail. The head goes off the onion skin trailing a bit, but the biggest problem is, the neck does not look very natural. You're surely improving, but the bending patterns in the neck are more machine-like. Try using a more laid-back flow for the neck, but take it easy - it's not a big problem, the patience you have to deal with these things has always been a key in what ensures your consistent improvement, so stay calm and keep going the way you're going, you're already a notorious animator in my eyes and you are going to keep improving.
But now, to the Ceratosaurus, let's put this shortly: when it comes to technique, that is, without a question, your best piece. It shows absolute mastery of your own style, it almost flawlessly shows what your style is about. A flow that can only be matched by more experienced animators, or style biters. It's not a flow any amateur can beat without copying it a little. No beginner can come up with a flow style that is as good, let alone better. It takes a more experienced animator to come up with a flow that grabs as much attention, and emulating your flow would also take some mastery. The tail movement has no real issues for me; I think it is not only perfect because improvement is always better, but that is the kind of thing practice will do, as all techniques have been successfully implemented. I think that, for when the Ceratosaurus is running, the tail tip could perhaps leave its onion track a little, but that is, by no means, a must. The legs, however, use a very simple technique. They have no issues, but they have a basic technique really which doesn't give them power but doesn't drag them down either. Nothing you should worry about.
The neck requires some attention for itself too because the flow is just right. The neck doesn't have that many joints yet you just make a flow that is great to look at using those, what, 3-4 joints? The onion skin trailing in it is brilliant. Easily the best animation you have done in technical terms. Your style is very remarkable in that I can see that you have influences, but you also have your own style, which also becomes more noticeable with time. You are on your way to becoming of the top animators of all time if you keep going the way you're going. You're very consistent and I hope you keep that up. Very promising.
In my eyes, you are not at Beginner level at all - this is definitely Intermediate. No denying that. It's hard to classify you in a particular sub-rank in Intermediate however due to your rather intricate style, but it's above Low Intermediate. Our thread on the ranks of animation gives a description that would put you as High Intermediate, but the fact you still slip here and there with a few minor things makes me feel Medium Intermediate is just right. High Intermediate if you fix the minor flow slips, which I'm sure you can easily pull off.
Moved to Intermediate.
