The Polar bear will probably win, but not by much. Polar bears are fairly bigger than Kodiak Bears, but this is still a close fight.

Its bulkier, has thicker fur, stronger bite and a larger skull. But this is close. I favour the bear on average and at parity. But the Polar bear wins at max weights.
