going with allosaurus on this one so confused about that 8.5 figure... Because it is A. europaeus not A. fragilis whih is more like 9 metres. talking about the carnotaurus buddy not the allosaurus... |

talking about the carnotaurus buddy not the allosaurus... You said Allosaurus, a normal person would assume you were talking about Allosaurus not Carnotaurus. A little bit of punctuation and a few words would fix that btw no i said i was going with allosaurus because the 8.5 meter length of the carnotaurus is a figure i've never heard before because Taimur talks about dinosaurs alot and it rubs off on me....maybe if you just payed attention instead of purposely looking for grammatical errors... |

although i for one agree with the carnosaur being able to win the majority, i just can't help the fact that abelisosaurs in general are often underrated in match ups. carnotaurus was adapted to making quick, gripping snaping bite. picturing this fight as a parity match, carnotoaurus would be the heavier and taller of the two, i see no problem with it striking down at the carnosaurs neck and through a prolonged period of time, eventually choke or bleed out the allosaurus. just a probable senerio i was concidering. but as stated before, i agree with the majority that allosaurus is the most likely victor here

Most likely, Allosaurus would win. As spinosaurus1 mentioned, however, Carnotaurus definitely still has a good chance, especially with a good first attack.
