Nope actually you are wrong, Spinosaurus will win. If Spinosaurus rammed or its body collided with T. rex it would break several of T. rex's bones. Yep...

Who cares. T. rex would rip that puny-excuse-of-a-dinosaur's arm off and eat it. Are you fucking kidding me....

Need I say more? Lolwtf? xD That's a sub-adult size , a full grown trex is bigger then that! Not really, each box is exactly 1 metre tall and 1 metre long, the human portrayed in that picture is exactly 180 centimetres tall. Spinosaurus is 16 metres in the picture while Tyrannosaurus is portrayed as a 12.5 metre dinosaur, which are relatively accurate estimates. He also used accurate models which proves my point.

The Spinosaurus in JP3 was smaller, it was at nearly exactly the same height as T. rex. Scale an accurate T. rex model to that height and see what you'll get.

I'd have to say 50/50.
Both powerful animals, but they weren't really built to fight each other. I really wish we left this argument back in 2001 where it belongs.
Tyrannosaurus seems to be the prime height for ripping out the Spinosaur's juglar vein, but then again, spinosaurus is much taller. I'd say it's more of who just happens to be luckier.

Check out one of Scott Hartman's reconstructions of Spinosaurus and Tyrannosaurus. As thesporerex said, the far more massive and powerful Spinosaurus could just ram into the side of Tyrannosaurus, and break Tyrannosaurus' ribcage, causing severe internal bleeding and damage.

That isn't Scott hartmans size comparisons, that size comparison was made by Spinodontosaurus from carnivora.

3 Possibilities, going for the 3 different theories of Spinosaurus. All theories revolve around a feathered rex.
Sailback: 20/80 in favor of Tyrannosaurus. The Spinosaurus is a very easy and much lighter target here than the other theories, so the T. rex can, in a way, snap the Spinosaurus' head off with a nice tug (Yes, I'm referencing jonahsa...). The Spinosaurus, however, has massive claws on it's side, and can slit the T .rex's throat easily at the right angle.
Ridgeback: 40/60 in favor of T. rex again. The Spinosaurus is heavier here, and thus, enhances his jaws. He cannot paralyze the Rex with a bite, but he does have better chances. T .rex can use the same tactics (minus throwing him away).
Bisonback: 50/50. The Spinosaurus has to be down on all fours, and is restriced to his jaws and tail. The T .rex can easily use his jaws to bite into the back of the Spino, but the Spinosaurus is now a much heftier and stronger opponent.
So, in most fights, T .rex would win more often, especially in Sailback fights. It's still really cliche though, and I actually yawn when I see new debates on who will win. But in all fights, Spinosaurus is at about 12 tons, and T .rex at about 7 tons. Big size difference. But what matters is how well you do in combat, and T-Rex is more evolved, giving the Tyrant Lizard King the edge over the Spine Lizard.

I wouldn't consider that.
