I based them on a suchomimus model i seen not to long ago i couldn't make a functioning white under belly the same color as the lower jaw tho, it kept leaving gaps that annoyed me

The body has too many segments for you to easily add a functional underbelly. You can try making the body more largely static though, the torso does not need too much flexibility, mostly on the front part. I make my stks flexible just in case it's needed for any special occasion.
