Age: Varies.
Size: Again, varies. But the largest can get nearly 25 meters long. Most are fairly small as far as monsters go, but they are still fearsome.
Origins:

They lie camouflaged in the ground for extended periods of time, waiting for lost dinosaurs and other animals to stumble into their caves, which are subsequently eaten and consumed. Akura Jebia are giant crystal-covered arachnids that have been in the Forgotten Land longer than any of the dinosaurs. They hunt their prey by sight, and are extremely nimble and quick. Their crystal stinger can also shoot a beam of crystalizing energy out of it, and they have a habit to traveling in packs.

Powers: Very good camouflage, crystal armor, long tail with crystal stinger that shoots out a crystalizing beam which drains prey's energy and makes them fatigue, powerful claws, and a terrifying roar.

Name: Dark Flame Creatures
Image: Basic one, but they range dramatically:

Age: All are only a day or two old.
Size: Their size, shape, and build varies dramatically between them all. Some only a few feet tall, while others are as big as the biggest Kaiju. Most are the size of small houses.
Origins:

Minions created by the power of Yin's Black Sun, they do whatever he asks and spread fire and pain throughout the world at his wish. As they look, they are made of fire, and thus hurt to touch. However, this also means they are destroyed easily by water.

Powers: Flame bodies, power over fire, travel in large numbers.
Fraction: Anything Master Yin wishes.

Origins:

Probably the smallest Kaiju you'll ever see. When she was only a baby, she washed up on the Forgotten Land and was found by Yang. At first he didn't have a clue what to do to take care of her, but eventually he learned all the strings of being a parent and raised her as his own. He taught her in the art of magic and how to use telekinetic abilities to successfully navigate the forests and dinosaurs of their island home. She always had a playful fun-loving attitude and brightened up his day every time he was with her, making him forget about his relatively lonely past. She had also always been a daddy's girl, and upon learning that her father was immortal, and that she would age and die while he lives on, she asked him on her 10th birthday to make her immortal as well. Thus, she has always had this child-like personality and form.

Powers: Telekinetic and psychic abilities which allow her to do things like move objects with her mind and fly. She can also use very basic Energy Control abilities like her father, but it is still only equivalent to the power required to heat up some soup. She is also a master at the art of pranking...

Name: Amatsumagatsuchi: The Heaven's Catastrophe (Called Ama by Aliea, because she can't pronounce his full name.)

Age: Roughly 86 million years old.
Size: 300 meters long.
Origins:

The strongest of the Three Guardians of the Forgotten Land, Amatsumagatsuchi is the protector of the skies around the island and controls the rain and winds. He doesn't fly with wings, but instead swims through the air's water molecules using the specially adapted skin flaps on his body, which move water molecules and wind to do his bidding. He, like Raviente and Meraginasu, were once mortal creatures, but he was the first guardian appointed by Yang, who changed his mortal mosasauroid form into something that could control whole hurricanes. Anything that wishes harm onto the Forgotten Land will meet the true power of his storms. 

Powers: Can shoot water blasts and powerful water beams that are strong enough to puncture through metal easily, has complete power over the weather and can create hurricanes and tornados, has a wind aura surrounding his body which protects him from most projectile attacks and pushes foes away from him, is incredibly fast and maneuverable in flight due to his control over the wind, has roar which causes tornados to form, and still retains the ability to swim underwater.

Origins:

The Leader of the Forgotten Land Alliance and one of the greatest and longest-running protectors of the earth, Yang is one of the most powerful creatures in the universe. He was created by the Skyrunner, a now-extinct civilization of intelligent raptor dinosaurs with the power of flight. After his brother Yin was created to be the perfect god, he was the second project, and he, unlike his brother, was a complete success. He exceled at Energy Control, an ability that makes him able to control energy down to the atomic level, and he was loved by the Skyrunner people for his great abilities. While Yang never had anything against his brother, Yin was jealous of his younger brother's capabilities and all the love he had from everyone. That jealousy eventually turned to rage and hate when he decided to show the world he was superior, and used dark magic to try and create a Black Sun. Yang stopped him from succeeding, but the Skyrunner all perished in the process. Enraged, Yang banished his brother from earth, and he swore an oath to protect the world from evil at all costs.

Along the way, Yang created the Forgotten Land Alliance, with its first member Amatsumagatsuchi, and then later followed by Meraginasu and Raviente. They became protectors of the Forgotten Land and all creatures that lived on it and the rest of the earth, and Yang nurtured a giant redwood tree to become their base of operations. Late on, Yang even became the parent of the human girl Aliea after she washed up on a Forgotten Land beach, and she became the newest member of the alliance under the training of Yang. 

Powers: He's the first and currently only master of Energy Control, which allows him to control all forms of energy around him (with the exception of dark energies), even down to the atomic level. Through Energy Control, he can do everything from freezing volcanoes, to burning glaciers, and even allows him to bend light and concentrate light energy into fantastic attacks such as beams, barriers, orbs, and bands. Concerning the latter, he always is surrounded by metallic bands of light energy which can act as a force field or add to his attacks.

Energy Control also renders him with an incredible ability, one that allows him to directly consume energy, called Energy Consumption. This allows him to directly consume all non-dark energy as if it were food, and when he does, it increases his own abilities exponentially. As a result, all non-dark energy attacks focused on him only technically make him stronger.

Even without his powers, he is a formidable fighter, and can use his claws, horns, and bladed wingtips to attack, and his scales and crystals are nearly unbreakable. He is also very wise, and a caring and loving father of Aliea.
