Neovenator could have weighed up to 1 ton, Big Al was definitely not 1.5t though. I can see it weighing 800-1000kg but that's a wild guess for now so I will get some calculations later.

ignore that message above me, it got messed up for some reason. and that same diagram says neovenator was 1500 kg: and what does saurophaganax (who could rather be 4 tons at 11 m) even have to do with allosaurus's size? I disagree with some of those weight estimates. As you can see, Big Al is a lot more chunky (which would give it more weight) than Neovenator and Big Al likely weighed only a ton. And Saurophaganax (which was rather 3 tons and 11 m) is a very good comparison because it was closely related to Allosaurus and had similar bulk and weight proportions.

Neovenator definitely was around 700 kg, it was incredibly gracile for its size; .As you can see by the diagram, Neovenator has a very narrow and thin ribcage. Big Al might of weighed around 1.5 tons, but adults would of weighed no more than 2.4 tons. The reason why I am sceptical of some of your estimates is because Saurophaganax weighed around 3 tons, and it was 11 metres in length. Neovenator is no where near gracile, its a decent build which is very similar to Allosaurus in terms of weight. Saurophaganax is also around 4 tons and 11 metres long since 10 metre animals are 3 tons, Neovenator probably weighed more than 700kg aswell. But I take the blame for this one as I was the one to propose that because I was kinda underestimating dinosaur weight lol, so you can blame me for that. I am really unsure of the line of weight that comes between 6-9 metres in length.

Neovenator probably weighed around 1 ton, possibly more. Neovenator was a similar weight to Big Al, but not adult Allosaurus in general.

I also think that Altispinax wins.
