Alioramus had a slight size advantage. According to About.com (It's reliable right?) Alioramus was 20 feet long while Alectrosaurus was 17 feet long.
So Im giving 55/45 in favor with Alioramus

The Alioramus genus is only known from juvenile remains, and in all likelihood A. remotus and A. altai will be shown to be synonymous. It's also possible the genus is synonymous with Tarbosaurus, but at the same time it doesn't really fit in with the typical Tarbosaurus growth series we have. Either way, Alioramus represents a young juvenile of some sorts, but the adult form would be a lot different. The adult we can expect to be in the 30ft range and would have the advantage over the much smaller Alectrosaurus.
However, if this was a fight between the known juvenile specimens of Alioramus and Alectrosaurus, I would think that the fight would be more in the Alectrosaurus' favor as the Alioramus, as a juvenile, would try to avoid confrontation as best as possible. Moreover, Alectrosaurus has the most robust build of an adult animal, while Alioramus is extremely gracile, like all juvenile theropods.
