Hainosaurus is now congeneric with Tylosaurus. I guess that means that it's Tylosaurus bernardi now.

no. Just popped up in my head on how cerato would win without being hit well one thing for sure cerato isn't smart. Plus It "just" can't get to his head easily. The Kentro can just move his body facing him. That would make it hard So its not easy game for Cerato.

Where did you get the data for Ceratosaurus nasicornis' intelligence? As far as I know, this was never measured. Another fact is that C. nasicornis does not exist - it's a young C. dentisulcatus, which being 1,000-1,500kg would wins this most of the time. Also, let's consider the fact that these fights are about who dies first, and an animal larger than a stegosaurid is unlikely to be killed instantly. Now, it is true that Kentrosaurus was a quick turner, as it had wide gauge front limbs that allowed rapid movements, and the stegosaurid was going to turn very quickly. Though, I don't see how the smaller Kentrosaurus is going to kill a larger predator than itself by simply hitting it, it isn't going to be a quick death and the herbivore gets itself killed before the carnivore dies. Ceratosaurus wins most of the time.

Ceratosaurus nasicornis was coined over a hundred years before Ceratosaurus dentisulcatus. I mean I guess you may have known that and just worded it poorly, but I had to correct that.

It wasn't the wording that mattered. C. dentisulcatus is the larger one, it is the adult.
