As far as I know Phobosuchus is a junior synonym of Deinosuchus, and while the eastern Deinosuchus remains are probably from smaller animals, the ones from Texas and places further west are estimated to be about 40ft long. It's jaw force is probably exceptionally larger than Sarchosuchus' bite, since it was an Alligatoroid, not a slender-snouted Pholidosaurid.
