I've already argued this in the previous pages, I had even updated my previous posts two days ago to reflect this points but they went unnoticed so here is a nice list, a summary of my arguments and those of other posters so there's no need to keep the back and forth.
1. The 85cm estimate is basically a scaled up Majungasaurus skull. Based on Skorpiovenator, which has a nearly identically shaped maxilla the skull is around 76cm.
2. Skorpiovenator skull is around 60cm long, the scalebar in Figure 2 of Canale et al. (2008) almost certainly has a typo (5cm instead of 10cm)
3. There's only one published (I'm not counting books) estimate of Skorpiovenator's length, 6m from Canale et al. (2008), its axial length from premaxilla up to the 12th caudal is 4.35m. Paul (2010) lists it at 7.5m but it looks like a typo (attack of the typos!) because just above Skorpiovenator is Ekrixinatosaurus and he has it at 6.5m long and 800kg in weight. It seems that he got the info confused between the two.
To illustrade this I made a size chart.
4. Based on the above, with Skorpiovenator being its sister taxon, all the material of Ekrixinatosaurus belongs to a single individual, 7.6m long (7-8m), apparently, this is the length Paul estimates for it and he also estimates it at 1.7 tonnes.
