As many may know now, I have been working in a Pivot documentary about North American wildlife since about September 2013. It is supposed to be at least 3 hours long, separated into episodes. I still have not decided the length for the documentary and its episodes.
I am making an official announcement, with a thread where I will keep you all updated with the project. Details, scene plots and, hopefully next year, actual previews. I do not want to give away too many previews at early stages, I want the project to be as a big of a surprise as possible, instead of giving so many previews to the point the actual thing is not as successful as it could have been.
I will be answering questions and perhaps taking suggestions in this thread.

No specific one. It shows wildlife from earlier periods to the current day, showing wolves, bison, eagles - those birds were tricky to do, but pretty fun; there is a scene of an aerial dispute in full 3D, just like all of the documentary, the feathers were pretty fun. The introduction shows a view of the horseshoe bend in the grand canyon, with 3D effects as the camera goes to the side. Alaska's beauty isn't dismissed either.

Why did you posts this? Spinosaurus wasn't found in North America, and even if it was, this takes place in modern day.

It talks about past periods first, but shows how time progresses and how things changed in the continent.

I think what Theropod is saying is that it will show all life that has existed in North America, including Dinosaurs. But, the main focus of the show is extant life rather than extinct, so expect more episodes on animals already alive.
Then again, I could be wrong.

Well do you need help? 3 hours is a long time for just 1 animator... Unless you already have a team or large amount of friends willing to help. But 3 hours... You sir, will become sleep deprived if you work on your animation daily. Aside from the 3 hour time, it sounds pretty cool. (Jeebus, 3 HOURS?!)

Then again, I could be wrong. This here. I am aiming towards making it more balanced now, at first it was meant to be entirely about extant animals. About not getting enough sleep, I actually do get enough sleep, I'm taking my time with this project (quite evident, since it's over two years now). I appreciate the willingness to help, but right now I am working on it by myself. Scene ideas are always welcomed - and you can request a certain species to appear in the documentary, it might be shown.

Oh good, you do get enough sleep. But that can't be applied to me though... Also pretty good that you balance your time on everything throughout the day (It's easier said than done).
