I haven't technically seen it yet, but will do so soon. But for those that saw it and is no doubt having thoughts on it, can freely talk about it here. I will post my opinions later. But for now, all of you can speak about it in any which way. Discuss.

The plot and ending was very predictable. The only thing I didn't guessed right was Starlord being related to the kids. It was actually the female scientist who was their aunt. The final fight scene between the Rexy and Blue against the Indominus rex was still pretty epic though, especially when Blue was standing on the back of Rexy. Although I already knew that the Mosasaurus will save the day (or night).
I'll rate this movie a 8.5/10 because I have to hold my pee for half the movie (good thing I finished peeing to see the fight).

D I L O P H O S A U R U S was in this movie and now I do not have to go on a killing spree but it wasn't that bad of a movie acting was horrendous from d'onofrio, everyone else was not too bad Rexy was very quiet, although her reveal and the fight was pretty awesome (and I would make the argument that her leaving Blue alive wasn't really a nod in respect so much as a 'too fucking tired to eat you') indy talking to the raptors was fucking stupid, but at least they explained it and it didn't last too long raptors chasing the car was pretty awesome, and I will admit tears streamed down my face in the old visitor's center writing wasn't half bad, it's just really the acting that brings it down (d'onofrio fucking obliterated any chance of someone taking this movie seriously) it was also pretty funny, laughed a couple times opening incident with the indominus and its sibling hatching was short as fuck, kinda wanted them to do more with it oddly enough, felt the least 'jurassic park' out of the entire franchise (in terms of atmosphere, vegetation {there was always a clear path to walk down and neatly trimmed grass everywhere, even in the gyrosphere valley} and lighting, made the movie have an oddly 'robotic' and 'synthetic' feeling to it which is common to most blockbusters nowadays), despite it probably being the second best of them pratt's relationship with the raptors feels odd, like it feels really dangerous early on (they chase him and slam into the bars when he goes under the door), and later become very friendly (charlie looks at him curiously and pratt convinces the raptors to help them at the very end). at least it's explained (he mentions exactly once that they imprinted on him, like hammond had said in the first film). also the velociraptors were fat and fell over a lot and I had a hard time taking them seriously but despite its flaws, this movie feels like a labor of love and feels like trevorrow really cared about it (even if not everyone involved did) also one of the raptor squad wranglers was jack horner 7/10

Loved it. Loved it, loved it, loved it. Best sequel easily, but still obviously not even close to the original.
The acting was better than I expected, and was actually pretty decent from all of the main characters. As Sucho mentioned, I felt the acting was really let down by D'onofrio in particular.
The dialogue, which I was extremely worried about, was pretty well written! All of the cheesy lines were shown in the trailer, and some were better in context.
The story was predictable, but had a few unexpected bits in there that threw me off and spiced the movie up a little. This made it much more enjoyable for me.
I was happy with the variety of species used, and how much screen-time they got. Every creature on screen had a purpose, unlike Jurassic Park 3... *shudder*
I-Rex was way cooler than I expected. I didn't read any leaked info so the camouflaging and infrared sensing were big surprises. I liked it. It actually felt dangerous as well, and made for many intense scenes.
The raptors were not only used as 'security guards' as I predicted, and they were made menacing again. Loved them. Liked Owens relationship with them too. Blue was awesome. Raptor-bro.
Tyrannosaurus. Motherfucking. Rex. The ending fight scene... makes up for Jurassic Park 3 tenfold. That ending roar... so reminiscent of the original film. I got chills.
The soundtrack was perfect. I got chills, just like the original film when the park is first revealed.
The CGI was greatly refined from the trailers, and I'm glad it wasn't used for the whole film. It doesn't stand up to the original film, but it was still absolutely brilliant!
The throwback to the original film with the old visitors center made me feel more nostalgic than I think I've ever been. I was so happy! Thank you whoever had the idea for that!
Overall, the movie was amazing as far as I'm concerned. Sure, I'm biased, but this film really felt like someone wanted it to stay true to the original. It was not a cash grab at all. Apart from a few plot holes, a fairly basic plot and some bits of poor acting, everything else was spectacular. I give it an 8.5/10. What a great movie. I haven't felt this good walking out of the cinema in literally years (not counting Interstellar). I'll be buying this on DVD!

I agree completely, although I thought that most of the characters were too cliche, but they were decent actors for the most part so it worked. 8.5/10 I would say. Also bonus points for referencing back to the original film a lot, made it feel a lot more like Jurassic Park than no.3.

I loved this film. How could anyone not? FUCKING DINOSAURS MAN!!
But even with the love, I did have a few problems with it. I feel they don't play around with concepts well enough. Holy shit! it can camouflage! then they never use it again... like wtf? I admire how they gave him somewhat a personality. Although I feel them making his origin a mystery gave them a "we can do what we want, whenever we want" type of thing. Like, Ohh!! suddenly he's part raptor and can communicate with them! C'mon man. Really? But I still loved the shit outta I Rex. Best creation since Vastatosaurus Rex (IMO)
Also I love how they play with your nostalgia. I felt a wave of emotional nostalgia when they showed Jurassic World's Gates and said they were the original... then man, they play the theme. I loved that part sooooo freaking much. I also laughed hysterically when that DNA cartoon thing appeared on the screen the main characters were walking by, and they even went as far as to play the original dialogue... I think. Lol, and they also brought back the original store location and the vehicles. Perfect tributes to the original jurassic park. The creators of this deeply respect the older movies
Huge props to them for giving the Dinosaurs some impact. It hurt to see the dinosaur dying after I Rex "hunted" it for sport. Seeing it look at one of the main characters and give it's final breath was like "daaaamn...." also... maybe giving the Raptors some personality was stupid. But I did feel it gave more to the story, and made up with an awesome battle scene.
I'd like to point out that the fight scenes were amazing too. The directors and stuff must have realized we want to see Dinosaurs fighting! we had a good few of them in the movie, including I Rex vs Ankylosaurus. Short, but was still awesome to see.
I will say that I agree the acting was a little dull. But you'll still love it

I loved every single bit of this movie.
In my opinion, it was awesome how much the scene with the Indominus Rex attacking the gyrosphere reminded me of that scene with Rexy trying to eat the kids in the car, in the first movie.
It was also amazing how Blue stood in Rexy's back while fighting the I.rex, and how Tyrannosaurus and Raptor looked at each other in this "thank you." way at the end. Same goes for that little moment with Owen and Blue saying goodbye silently.
So, so, so fantastic.

Jurassic World is the third highest grossing film of all time (if you do not account for inflation).
It is a bigger movie than The Avengers.

dlstoryboards.blogspot.com/2015/07/jurassic-world_31.html?m=1Some of the Jurassic World storyboards. It apparently changed often, even (from my interpretation) late in development. The Indominus rex was originally named the Malusaurus or Malasaurus, it didn't communicate with the Velociraptors, and apparently the "Chasing the Dragons" scene went through the original Jurassic Park arch. what could have been...

Why are people on the Internet so picky about movies? "This actor acted 0.31489% wrongly", "this leaf is out of place", come on, those little mistakes aren't even meaningful. 99%+ of all critics made to movies are stupid as shit.

so, to you, it was completely and utterly flawless there was absolutely nothing whatsoever you would change at all it's as good as the first one to you, or possibly even better (depending on your rating of the original film)
