>Implying that the American state cares about any other nation but itself funny joke. ...but it does... I mean I may be biased because I am an American, but as far as I can tell, America does care about other nations... at least some of the time. Just an example, we're helping Syrian rebels right now. That has no benefits for America... all it does is it puts ISIS, the Syrian government, and most horrifying of all, Russia, in a scary position. I mean I guess you can have your opinion but this whole America shaming thing from Europeans seems to be a trend nowadays. The only reason the American state is helping the Syrian rebels (and accidentally helping ISIS) is to depose Assad (the Syrian government). This is because Assad is a close Russian ally and Syria is in a very pivotal position in the middle east (Borders Iraq, Turkey, Jordan, Israel, Lebanon, the mediterranean sea etc etc) with a large amount of oil and warm, deep ports for trade. Also, I ain't shaming the US government because I am european (Because I also despise every disgusting fat cat politician across the pond as well). I hate the American state because it is the greatest cause of conflict and the most imperialistic nation on earth since the British Empire and Nazi Germany.

I didn't imply America even cared about other nations, as they'd do it for their own benefit.

I hate the American state because it is the greatest cause of conflict and the most imperialistic nation on earth since the British Empire and Nazi Germany. Look a bunch of Europeans complaining about America. Yay. Anyway, though, of course one of the most powerful countries in the world would be causing a lot of conflict. And it's not like other countries don't either. I've always wanted to live in Canada, but I would still rather than live in America than at least 95% of the countries in the world. And Assad can't touch us. We're 'Merica! Even if we are fat, selfish bastards we are still one of the strongest military powers in the world. Though I'm not a political expert, and I am probably biased as I am an American, but whatever. I don't really have any control over where I live or what politician I get, at this point I can only go with the flow, which is a shame. Even if I get the right politician, I still won't have any power over what they do. I'd rather have certain types of government than anarchy though.

Even if I get the right politician, I still won't have any power over what they do. I'd rather have certain types of government than anarchy though. How does the barbarism of other nations excuse the barbarism of another? It is all horrifying and wrong, no matter who is doing it. In this case though it is amplified as the USA is the most powerful and imperialistic country in the world. Also it doesn't matter if Assad can't touch the USA. They are a Russian ally and occupy an extremely strategically important area in the middle east. The USA and Russia are in a new cold war (as described recently by historians) and will do anything to for a nation to come out over the other. This means funding proxy wars, destablizing nations and propping up puppet states in order to weaken the other's sphere of influence. Sorta like a massive geopolitical chess game. If Assad is a russian ally, why do you think of all reasons the USA (and the rest of NATO) would be trying so desperately to overthrow it? The government has and always will exist to consolidate wealth and power for the people at the top, not to practice philanthropy.

Well I meant Assad and the Syrian government themselves, excluding Russia. Russia is scary as hell. And I guess that is a pretty good reason why we don't want Donald Trump. Feel the Bern.

Well Bill is better than 4/6 of the current candidates in the running. And one of the other two is his wife, who really isn't a good candidate at all. H.W. Bush is probably worse than Trump at the least, still better than Cruz and Rubio.
And that's saying something. American politicians nowadays are awful. Well except for Bernie.
Bernie's different.

well people think that bernie is communist thou, even if i dont believe that. hes gonna make the poor happy but could make the rich angry. Bernie's nowhere near a communist. If Bernie is communist, then so are Canada, the UK, Sweden, Norway, etc. Communist is just another term used by idiot republicans to try and throw the Bernie off track.
