Time for some CC. That animation was the start of something good. You can a good basic knowledge of how pivot works obviously, and you can make some interesting movements. But, at the moment, you are Low Beginner. Don't worry though, everyone starts somewhere and this is just where you begin. This is what you should work on:
Look at heaps of tutorials on easing and onion skin. Trust me, even 10 mins of reading will take you places. Then do some practice, lots of it too, and you will get that down. Once you have that down, you should be able to make more complex movements, without them looking too stiff. Your shakiness will also improve a bit. This is when you get to Med Beginner. From here, you should be trying new movements, like roars, walking, running, tail movements; practice them all in tests. Read more onion skin, trailing, easing tutorials. Doing these things together, you will improve FAST. Then, when people are giving you the thumbs up, make a longer animation. Around 200 - 300 frames should be enough. This is where High Beginner begins.
From there, you just get better at the same stuff. Slowly, but fastly, improving. This is one of (if not the first one of) your animations. I cannot judge your rank on this, because it is not very extensive. But if you practice a lot, I cannot see why you will not be in Intermediate very soon. Keep up the good work there
Low Beginner for me. But I have a gut feeling you will be at Med Beginner very very soon.

Hainosaurus is now congeneric with Tylosaurus. I guess that means that it's Tylosaurus bernardi now.
