Firstly, I love the backgrounds you use. They look great.
You have nicely sophisticated movements for a beginner. Beginners tend to have a very confusing flow, but you have a flow that is good for a beginner as it is visible, noticeable that you don't exaggerate joint movements as much as beginners tend to do. You don't use easing though, which is normal for a beginner. Easing is about having movements accelerate and desacelerate. No easing can mean sudden acceleration and/or illogical pace. Such as...
---|---|---|---|---|--|---|-----|---|--
You can see it builds up to its maximum speed instantly, which will not look proper. Easing would look more like...
-|--|----|--------|-----|---|--|-
Start off slow, fewer pixels being moved at the start and end of a movement. Don't be too harsh on yourself though, you are a beginner and should take it lightly. Make sure you have more fun animating. Read our tutorials if you need any tips, our easing tutorial might be very helpful. Hope to see more from you!

Thank you, and for the easing I am currently making tests but I wont plan on using it because I don't do it well :/ That makes no sense, easing is not really difficult, and as I told you - don't be harsh on yourselfm start it lightly. As long as you know what you're doing, you're going great.
