Great animations!! There are moments of great fluency, and the movements are very advanced. However, there are also some moments of choppiness, and you should try introducing easing to your animaions to make them seem more realistic and convincing. For now, I would say low beginner, but you can easily move up the ranks by removing any major chopiness and adding easing. Well done!

The biggest area you need to improve on is your roars. They are stale and sort of unrealistic.
Your animations right now are probably better than a lot of my newer animations, save for roars.
Low or medium beginner, you are right there on the border I think.

Well its hard for how long for them to roar when you try to know how long the roar lasts. :/

Dude. Amazing work! This is really quite excellent. Of course there are some areas you need to improve, that I will explain below, but those animations are brilliant! Anyway, here is how to improve!
Easing: This is your biggest issue in my opinion. Your movements are incredibly advanced for a Beginner, which is awesome of course, but they don't flow well. Look into some easing and trailing tutorials. Once you have an idea of how to animate these two concepts, practice them. Practice using all types of stks, like Carnivores, Herbivores, Stk Men, etc until you are confident with all of them. Then practice specific movements, like biting, running, walking, turning, etc. Practice, practice, practice, and post your tests here so we can judge them and help you progress. This will make your movements more fluid, and they will start to flow into eachother more. With your advanced movements, this should already be enough to get you into Intermediate. But there are other things you need to work on.
Shakiness: Hard to spot here, but it is there. Working on trailing will help with this for sure, but the main way to get rid of shakiness is just experience. Practice is really, really important for everyone.
Roaring: As another user has mentioned, your roars need work. They are pretty simple, but are very well timed I must say! Try making them more dynamic by making the dinosaur move while he roars. Try moving the jaws as well a bit, so they shake around. This will add power and realism to your animation. A good way to time a roar is to just animate a long roar, then play a roar sound and your animation at the same time. If the roar animation is too short, add more frames. If it's too long, delete some frames and edit the older ones. And if it's just right, animate the dinosaur closing it's jaws as the sound ends.
There. That should be all you need! Everything else you are doing perfectly so far. You have amazing potential, and incredible movement skills for a beginner. Really hope to see more from you! Keep improving! Medium Beginner for me, easily. Good luck!

As it was already said, you just need to improve on your easing, that is, adding more frames in between. What happens with your animations is that the movements reach their maximum speed in the shortest timespan possible, which doesn't quite look right. Add more frames to a movement, and make the ones on the ends of each movement move less. You know all those animations es1001 made more recently? They all accelerate, that's what we call easing. Don't get me wrong though, your animations are really great. Not just that, I also like your dedication to animation, you're very active. You can and will rush through the ranks for sure. All you need to do is work primarily on easing, put everything else aside, easing is obviously the most noticeable thing in an animation here, given how it comprises most of what is suggested on animation threads here. So just work on that tip first, rather than going for all of them at once. Easing is easy, its name should give that out already, and once you're good at it (this will not take you too long), work on other things. I'd say, work on trailing after you master easing, and by the time you master trailing as well, you might as well be veteran already, and the fastest person to ever reach that rank.
In other words, keep them coming.

You need to improve on easing and the roars. Overall your fluency has to be upgraded. But, all of this doesn't come in 3 tries. The more you practice, the better and more fluent your animations will be! Great work overall!

I like your easing and your slower movements, they are important here because you're moving heavier animals. I love the new angles you tried as well, you managed to keep your movement quality even when trying something new, that's impressive. Your understanding of how momentum and other related principles work is also very good. I would say all you need to work on is on easing however, it is very easy, all you need to do is use a few more frames for when a movement is starting or stopping. Each movement has to start out slowly and move more each frame, that is how it all works, it's very simple. Nonetheless, you have some quality content and I love it. Keep them coming. I would say around Medium Beginner in terms of movement quality, but given how often you animate I can see you reaching Intermediate without even realizing it.

As for the new animation, you might want to work on the gravity a bit, and then you're good to go!
